then try not to disappear halfway through the CNY Concert...

The sec1's is going to join us at next friday at 3pm...
so... i think we gonna have to meet earlier bah to prepare stuff lo...
and also.. i think there is a lower chance of having AVA
on next wednesday, after the CNY holiday...
and also mr tan have courses to attand ...
maybe also high possiblity...

ok Chargee is here to reply you guyss a question that you guys wanna know...
When will the sec 1's join us?
the sec1 student have been informed by their form teacher on what CCA they are joining..
and many CCA's had started to call them back for CCA.
Probably.. we will tell the sec1 to come and join us after the chinese new year period.
As there is not much thing they can do la becos the chinese new year thing is fixed le...
cannot change jobs to make it more complicated mah
so stick to it... summore the sec1 also dunno how to operate stuff as professional as u guys...
so hope the sec2's may understand...

Edits for the post :-
- Secondary 3E AVA member will not be at hall punctually at 2.30pm due to 3 hours SFL program
- There will be NO ava duty for SFL tmrw. Strictly no slacking in store even any seniors open it.
- Prefects of AVA will not be available due to VP meeting O:
- AVA seniors expects Sec 2 member will work with Secondary 4 seniors tomorrow well
For rehearsal :-
- Rehearsal will officially start at 3pm. Pls report at 2.30pm.
- Lunch most probably be bought by Wei Ming from TMart. Depends whether 3N SFL last until what time
- Finalised event list will be get by Tomorrow.
- Final rehearsal will be on the day of celebration itself. Pls inform your 3rd, 4th, 5th and 8th period teachers that you will be down for the concert.
Lastly, 1 good news
There will be new members joining us.
10 from Sec 1 and 2 from Sec 2.
All AVA members will like to wish AVA members + AVA teachers and the whole school.

hi.. ok i am gonna post now..

so..
22 january, thursday there will be a CNY rehearsal.
please assemble at 2.30pm?? i think so..
becos... 3pm they are starting...
thats why we need 30min more to setup those equipment.
please do not be late...
and.. more instruction will be given for 23 january, friday
on that actual day becos there will be changes to ur time table
or we may not even get to go back to class on friday ^^
there is a veryveryvery high possiblity that
there will be NO ava for 2moro, 21january, wednesday
so take it as a off day to chiong all ur homework that need to pass up
for next week.. so u can go around taking hong bao.. ahahhaa...
